Mandige, Mande- Crispy Sweet Flatbread

A typical North Karnataka sweet, compulsorily served on the previous day (idiru gombuva dina) of every brahmin marriage.
A super thin Crispy crepe with a thin filling of sugar, ghee, roasted Poppy Seed and spices, it is whirled like a roomali roti, baked on an upturned tava and folded like a rectangular dosa. It takes a lot of experience to get this dessert prepared just right.
Eat with Warm saffron milk or just like that.

Each pack has 4 large Mandige.
